Why You Should Attend

Are you aware of your fertile and infertile days and how to tell the difference?  This class is designed to teach you, and your partner how to easily identify your fertile and infertile days.  This is done by watching for the 4 natural signs your body gives.

A woman is potentially fertile on only a few days of each of her menstrual cycles.  This means from the beginning of menstruation to the day before her next period there are only a few days during which intercourse may result in pregnancy.

Knowing and reading your body’s simple and reliable fertility signals takes just a few moments a day.  By using these signals you, and your partner can enhance your body awareness, conceive children by intent, and use natural pregnancy control.

Becoming familiar with your own body’s natural rhythms can help you identify where you are in your cycle while breastfeeding, symptoms of PMS, irregular cycles, pre-menopause and other hormonal challenges.

About The Instructor

Celesta Rannisi Owen is a licensed homebirth Midwife.  She also is a UCSD Extension Graduate in Lactation Education and Lactation Consultant Specialist.  Celesta has been providing home birth, maternity care, alternative women’s health, and lactation consulting for the past 20+ years.
